The announcement was incredibly exciting, and come Season 2, Teresa was still pregnant with her daughter. Monique Samuels was pregnant with her third child throughout the filming process of Season 4 of RHOP. Prior to becoming pregnant during the season, Monique revealed that she had a miscarriage during Season 3.
