Jennifer Garner is causing excitement in tiny Shaker Heights, Ohio. The Cleveland suburb has been protective of the star, who’s filming “Draft Day” with Kevin Costner, says an insider, with a police car stationed on her block and a sign at the library reminding people to not take pictures. Garner has been spotted several times at Ben & Jerry’s near the John Carroll University campus and, we’re told, has been friendly to neighbors, telling them she’s using her time there to let her kids learn how to ride bikes.
