Suki Waterhouse was recently pictured leaving the Elle Style Awards in London, England after what it appeared to be a long night.
The actress was dressed in a sheer, black Fendi dress with a body suit underneath, adorned with crystals. She had an oversized blazer draped over top as she exited the event. Suki grabbed onto an unidentified man’s hand to balance herself as she walked down the stairs, with paparazzi catching her every move as she went towards her ride.
Suki Won An ELLE Style Award, But Rob Wasn’t There To Celebrate
After a six-year hiatus, the ELLE Style Awards made a comeback last night in collaboration with Tiffany and Co, just in time for London's upcoming fashion week.
Suki wasn’t just at the event for a good time; she also received an award. She was honored with The Performer award, recognizing not just her captivating performances on the silver screen and catwalk, but also for her recent transition into the music industry and her embrace of the transformative power of reinvention.
Suki’s award comes after she opened up to ELLE UK for its October cover story about the importance of self-love and the transformative potential of reinvention.
“[I remember] an initial pressure to change myself a lot. If you were different then you’d be sat down and told that you weren’t going to do shows,” she told the magazine.

“I didn’t really believe, ‘This is the truth, I need to look like this to work.’ I didn’t believe I had to be half my body weight to succeed,” Suki went on.
“I was using style as a distraction, to not have people look at my body in its pure form. And I feel like it worked,” she continued. “I was very loud with it, and in a lot of cases I was able to go in there with a bravado and a sense of style that would distract people.”
Even though Suki had a lot to celebrate the other night, there was an important person missing from her entourage – boyfriend Robert Pattinson. The Twilight alum wasn’t picture at all during the event, despite Suki being an honored guest.
Suki and Robert Bought Their First Home Together In February
Robert and Suki are notoriously private about their relationship, so the actor’s absence from the ELLE awards doesn’t necessarily signal conflict in their relationship. In fact, the couple (who’ve been together since 2018) took a very big step in their relationship earlier this year – they bought their first house.
The duo invested $5.3 million in a 1939 Spanish Colonial residence in Hollywood Hills, situated on a 0.32-acre plot. Boasting more than 2,700 square feet of living area, the house comprises three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
Fans shouldn't anticipate many future details about Suki and Rob’s relationship, given the couple's penchant for keeping their romance private. Back in 2019, Rob elucidated his rationale for not openly discussing his personal life.
“If you let people in, it devalues what love is,” he told The Sunday Times. “If a stranger on the street asked you about your relationship, you’d think it extremely rude. If you put up a wall it ends up better.”
